RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR LIVE STORE MERCHANDISE:

Please send your package to the shipping address below. Please include your original order # or packing slip, along with your name, address, phone # & email address. Please include a note in all packages whether it is an exchange/what you are exchanging for (size etc), or a return for a refund.

For exchanges, as soon as your package arrives, we will ship, at our expense, your replacement.

If this is for a return only (no exchange), as soon as we receive the package, we will contact you for information needed to process a return. As we use a secure on-line website, we do not have access to you credit card information & will need to contact you to process the credit/this is for your security. We can expedite this process & send a refund check via mail. Please note which refund method you prefer.
